On the next possession, John Vigers and Deron Minor (I think) combine on a tackle.
We finally stop them when they fumble on our 5 yardline. And Mark Fontenot gets into the game in not the best situation.
On second and 13 from the 3 yard line, Mark throws a great pass to Immanuel Friddle for a 17 yard gain and a first down.
Carlese Franklin turns a short pass from Mark into a 14 yard gain with some nifty "B. J.-like" moves.
Kris Bush makes 16 yard run.
Mark throws a 13 yard pass to Quinten during the drive.
We had a penalty and a couple of negative plays and ended up 4th and 9 on the USD 33 yard line, and Mark and Quinten make probably the throw and catch of the night. Quinten catches the ball and gets a toe down before going out of bounds.
We eventually stalled and Blake came in and made a 33 yard field goal to make the score 31-7 with 5:49 left in the game.
