We have to punt and UCA gets the ball back. They begin driving the ball. On 3rd and 1 from our 18, they get penalized for a false start.

They get a 1st down. And on 1st and 10 from the 11, they get it inside our 1 yard line.
On the next play, Joe Narcisse tackles Grimes for a one yard loss back to the 2. On 2nd down, we stop him at the 1.
But on 3rd down, Grimes finds a small hole to go through to score the TD. With the PAT, the score is now 21-17.
After the kickoff, Todd Pendland gets 9 yards on the first play.
A few plays later, he gets 5 more yards.
But after a couple of incomplete passes, Beau has to come in and punt.
With about 11:26 on the clock, we need to play some defense and the defense responds.
We hold them to 3 and out and get the ball back. On the second play, Todd gets good yardage on this run but it was called back for illegal formation.
We have to punt and they get the ball back on their 15 with 8:33 left. On the first play, Josh Ellison and Terrance Freeman tackle Grimes for a 2 yard loss.

After a couple of 1st down, we stop them and they have to punt. It is downed on our 5 yard line with 3:58 on the clock. We need to get it out of our end and make a few first downs to run the clock. On the first play, Derrick runs for 16 yards and they get called for a hit out of bounds for 15 more and the ball is now out to our 36.
We were unable to get another 1st down, they called two time outs and we had the ball 4th and 7 on our 39 yard line. We went to line up for the punt and they ended up with too many men on the field, and had to call a time out to avoid getting an illegal substitution penalty and giving us a first down. This used up all of their timeouts. They ended up getting the ball back on their 35 with 2:49 on the clock. Time to play defense again. Below, Desmund Lighten and another Cowboy make a tackle.
On 2nd and 10 on our 38 with under a minute left, George Russell defends against a pass.
Two more pass incompletions on 3rd and 4th down and the Cowboys celebrate.
We get the ball back on our 38 with 31 seconds left and all we have to do is kneel once to end the game.
