After the Cowboy Walk, I decided to head over to the Eastside Tailgating Area to see what is going on over there. I took this shot of the Cowboy Players Parent Will Call window on the way.
There was definitely some grilling going on at the Eastside.
I don't remember seeing these additions to these tents the first game.
And, after being AWOL the first game, the Pousson clan was back. I found out why they missed the first game. Brent was getting married that Saturday so I excused them for their absence.

Their was also another cooker over there similar to the Cowboy Cooker that is on the Westside. This one even has a sound system and a flat screen TV.
I ran into Head Po-Boy Frank from the Westside visiting with the Rowdy Road Wrangler's Bobby on the Eastside.
About that time the SSU team arrived in two nice looking Savannah State motor coaches. They were nice, but I don't know if I'd want to be bussing all the way from Savannah, Ga. I read they left at midnight Thursday. I don't know where they stayed Friday night.
When I came back to our spot, some of the cheerleaders from last season came by to visit us. That is Micah on the left and Anna on the right. Don't know the girl in the middle.
After sitting awhile, I decided to go over and visit the Petrochem/Alumni Tailgate area. Below, a shot of the entrance.
They were serving jambalaya for this game.

Close to 6 PM the Band marched to the tailgate area led by the Cowgirl Kickers.

It was time to head to the stadium for pre-game ceremonies. I stopped to take a picture of the colt that they are raffling off this season.
