Tim Broussard and the Diamond Club were selling baseball hats and other baseball items at the East end of the Westside Tailgating Area. I bought me a fitted white baseball hat for $20.
There was a top fuel dragster on display in the tailgating area. Here is a couple of shots of it.

I ran into the Stickneys all dressed in their McNeese Blue and Gold.

I walked over to the Eastside Tailgating Area and visited with a few people. First, I stopped and visited with the Davids.
I then stopped by Scott Pendarvis's spot and Brit Brodhead fed me some very good sausage.
I then stopped by and visited with the Poussons. They had some fried deer meat that I couldn't stop eating even though I was full. That was good good stuff. Thanks, guys.
When I got back to our spot, Brandi and Brandon stopped by to visit. Brandi informed me she was a "former" cheerleader and not an "ex" cheerleader. :-)
And speaking of cheerleaders, they made it by shortly after for their visit and had a bite to eat and a cold drink.
It was getting late and the Band marched into the tailgate area to play Jolie Blonde and On McNeese. Here are a couple of shots of the Band.
It was time to head for the stadium to take pictures of the pre-game festivities.
