This is what it looks like looking out of the tunnel the players enter the field.

When I got to the field and went to put my camera bag down, the Cheerleaders were warming up making pyramids.

I put my bag down and went back down to the other end. The linemen had made it out and the players were lined up to begin stretching exercises. Below, as he does every game, Sr. CB Jonathan Walker leads the team in a few chants to fire them up.

After that, the players began their stretching exercises.

I saw Jamie Leonard out on the field and had to take a picture. I sure hated to see him get hurt when he was primed to have a great year.

It was time for the Band's pre-game performance and the Drum Majors lead the drumline onto the field.

After the drumline was in place, the rest of the band double timed it from the ramp to their positions. I like the way they do it.

A National Guard Unit was at the game to participate in the National Anthem.

A group of the Cowgirl Kickers during their pre-game performance.

The Band Director leads the Band in the playing of the National Anthem.

After the Band finished, the video introduction was played on the scoreboard and the horse and rider entered the stadium. It looks like the horse is getting more accustomed to the stadium, as it went back and forth a couple of times between the goal line and the ten yard line. It still doesn't like the painted endzone much. It looked very neat.

The Senior Captains for this game were LB Jared Dolan, LB David Turnage, OT James Jordan, and FB Jordy Johnson.

A shot of the coin toss. We won the toss and elected to receive.

LB Allen Nelson leads the team out of the smoke in the tunnel showing the crowd the Big Stick or the Wood (I still need to ask what it is supposed to mean. Carrying a Big Stick or bringing the Wood. Probably the latter.)

It's time for the game.
