On the way back, I took this shot of the Westside area as I was approaching it.

On the way back, I took a shot of this BBQ pit.

When I got back, I took these two shots of our Geauxcowboys.com tailgating area. We didn't put our banner up this day but it will be back up for the rest of the games.

I then decided it was time to walk across the street to check out the Petrochem/Alumni Affairs tailgating area. Below, Alumin Director Joyce Patterson was greeting people and stamping hands at the entrance.

It is always nice under the old oak trees of the Alumin Affairs office.

As usual there were a lot of food and drink being served.

A shot looking down Blue & Gold Drive. The oak trees lining it are getting bigger every year.

A shot of Richard Cole's tent which is always full. He always has some good food.

Looking down a row of RV's.

The old Cowboy Cooker trailer is still around and going strong.

You know it is getting late, when the Band marches to the tailgate areas and plays "On McNeese" and "Jolie Blonde" for the crowd. Below, they are led into the Westside area by a Marshall's car.

A couple shots of the Band playing for the tailgate crowd.

After the Band played, it was time to head for the stadium to watch some of the pre-game warmups and events.
