When I got to the our tailgate spot, I was told the people next door were roasting a pig. So I had to get a picture of it.

About 2PM I did a walkabout of the Westside area to see if there were anything new. There were some new flags at the Pundt's tailgate spot.

The trees along Blue and Gold Drive are getting larger. Where there are trees, there are kids who will climb them.

Besides roasting the pig, our neighbors had a live band playing.

And where there is a band playing, there are going to be people dancing.

I saw this dog (looks like a lab) outside the Petrochem/Alumni Affairs Tailgate area. He wasn't too comfortable with all the noise from the band playing.

About 3:45 I heard the Police sirens and realized it was about time for the Cowboy Walk. As the players unloaded off the bus, Rowdy was prepared to lead them through the tailgate area on the back of one of the Marshall's office utility vehicle.

The girls of the McNeese Tailgater's Homecoming Court were there to greet the players.

A couple of shots of the Cowboys during the Cowboy Walk through the westside tailgating area.

A picture of Head Coach Matt Viator during the Walk.

Following the present day players during the Walk, were players from the 1960's Cowboy teams. They were honored during this year's Homecoming.

After the Cowboy Walk, I went over to Kenny Cochran's tailgating spot and took a picture of the Cowboy Tailgater's Homecoming Court.

Jerry Stephens missed being in his picture because he was too busy driving around in his dune buggy. Sure looks better than it used to look, colorwise.

A closeup of Kenny in his Homecoming attire.

I like the way this satellite dish was painted.

The PO Boys were frying turkeys this week. Below, the remains of one that had been fried too long and then named.

A shot of them removing a pork loin from the fryer.

I decided to head over to Eastside Reserved Tailgating Area to see how things were going over there. A shot of some of the Eastside from the road.

A shot of a tailgating spot set up in the parking lot before you get to the reserved area.

I've always liked this large McNeese helmet on a pole.

I saw this sign outside one of the tailgating spots and had to take a picture of it.

Another spot in the Eastside area.
