The defense swarms to the ball.

Later in the NSU possession Desmund Lighten forces a fumble which we recover.

Champlain Babin starts our next possession for a couple of runs that get a first down.

Derrick Fourroux runs for 6 yards on a third down to get the first down.

On a 4th and 4 play at the NSU 25, Immanuel Friddle catches a pass for 22 yards and a first down on the NSU 3.

Derrick Fourroux gets stopped for a 2 yard loss on 4th and goal from the NSU 1 yardline when he tried a QB draw. I think NSU knew it was coming because even I called the play to those around me before hand.

NSU takes over at their 3 yard line. Below, on 2nd and 10, Matt Kreamer and others stop the NSU RB for a one yard gain.

NSU QB Hundley looks for that "3rd and 9 from your own 4 yard line" play in his wrist cards.

The pass play he chose didn't work and he had to punt standing at the back of his endzone. His punt was short and was downed on the NSU 33 yard line.

After a Derrick Fourroux run and a 12 yard pass to Javaris Murray, we have the ball 1st and 10 on the 19 yard line. Then Javaris Murray takes a handoff and goes 19 yards for the TD.

Below, he celebrates the TD with Wes Mangan.

After the PAT, the score is now 23-3. Below, the cheerleaders celebrate the TD by doing pushups.

NSU goes 3 and out and we get the ball back with about 3 minutes left on the clock. Derrick Fourroux runs for 8 yards and a first down.

After we get called for holding on an incomplete pass play on 3rd and 5 from the NSU 35, for some reason NSU elects to accept the penalty giving us 3rd and 15 from the NSU 45 instead of 4th and 5 at the 35. So on the next play, Derrick Fourroux throws a pass which Chad Davis catches on the 5 yard line and manages to dive into the endzone for a 45 yard TD.

Some of the students in the student section celebrate the touchdown. The score is now 30-3.

With only 58 seconds left in the half Geremy Pilate sacks Hundley for an 8 yard loss.

And then Matt Kreamer and Bradon Robinson stop Castille for a short gain to end the half. The score at halftime is 30-3.
