Northwestern St. Game
I went up for the McNeese-Northwestern St. game Saturday night. It was another hard fought game between the two teams. Both defenses played well in this game. Our strong offensive line took charge in the fourth quarter and led us to two touchdowns and a 24-10 lead. Northwestern St. came back to score with less than a minute left but we recovered an onside kick and held on for a 24-17 win.
Todd Pendland did rush for enough yards in this game to break McNeese's single season rushing record.
