Kicker Matt Polansky got to kickoff to start this game. The only trouble is that the ball went out of bounds and Nicholls got to start on their 40 yard line.

Nicholls goes three and out and has to punt to us. We end up with the ball on our 8 yardline. Below, the Cowboys huddle up before the first play.
Derrick rushes for a three yard gain as the linemen block for him.
After two passes to Richard Conner for first down, Derrick hands off the Toddrick on a play that ends up losing one yard.
On a 3rd and 13 play, Derrick gets 7 yards on this run.
Beau Lasseigne comes in and gets off a nice 54 yard punt to the 6 yard line. They get called for a personal foul and get the ball at their 3 yard line.
They go three and out and we line up to rush the punt.
Javaris Murray gets close to blocking the punt. The punt only goes 30 yards and we get the ball at the Nicholls 41.
On the second play, Derrick hits Immanuel across the middle and he goes 31 yards down to the Nicholls 9 yard line.
Toddrick gets off a 7 yard run on first down to the 2. Then on 2nd and goal from the 2, he looks to go over the goal line on a run but they call him down on the one yard line.
A couple of plays later Todd gets the ball into the endzone even though the ball was knocked loose right after he crossed the goal line. Below, the line blocks as Josh Lewis hits the extra point. The score is now 7-0.
On 3rd and 1 from the Nicholls36, the Nicholls Qb fumbles the ball and Joe Narcisse somewhere in this pile.
On first down, Derrick completes a pass to TE Corday Clark for 13 yards to the Nicholls 23.
Todd gets 10 yards on this run.
On 1st and goal from the 2, Todd is able to spin and back his way into the endzone for the TD. With the PAT, the score is now 14-0.
