As far as the game, Delta St kept the game close for a quarter or so. But we kept scoring or setting scores up with long plays and our speed really showed in this game. The score was closer than the game was because we played a lot of people late in the game allowing them to score a couple of TD's making the score closer. The final score of the game was 52-27
If Hurricane Ike keeps heading for the west coast of Texas, we should be hosting one of the better FCS teams to play in "The Hole" in the regular season in a long time. Cal Poly is an offensive powerhouse and it should be a shootout. Don't miss it and buy tickets early so you don't have to stand in a long slow line. Better yet, buy season tickets and you want have to worry about standing in lines the rest of the season.
