A couple of plays later, Jacob throws this pass and hits TE Harold Turnage for a three yard touchdown.
After the No. 1 Defense stopped the No. 2 Offense, the No. 1 Offense had the ball again. On this play Rb Champlain Babin goes 42 yards up the right side.

Later, from the 14 yard line, Damion Dixon catches a screen pass with Center Mase Duge and some other OL blocking for him and is able to get the ball in the endzone.

Later, a wide receiver falls down on his route and a Jacob Bower's pass goes right into Terence Cahee hands for an interception. Jacob had an third interception where the ball was batted way up into the air and db was able to come down with it.

About halftime, I went up into the stands to sit awhile. On the way up, I stopped to talk to now retired ex-McNeese President, Dr. Robert Hebert. He said he was enjoying his retirement.
Also, I saw another fan with one of those visors with hair type hats.
When the second half started, they usually sit a lot of the 1's and 2's down and reward all of the other players who endured the fall camp by letting them play under the lights.
To it me usually gets a little boring. The most exciting thing to happen in the remainder of the scrimmage was this play where Qb Blake Barrousse broke free on a Qb keeper. He got the ball down to inside the 5 yard line before he was caught. But the defense eventually kept the offense out on a good goal line stand.
