Before the game, the Cowboy Club was sponsoring a tailgate party with free hotdogs and jambalay for all. Below, Cowboy Club members serve up the jambalaya from a very large pot.

There was not much jambalaya left in the pot when I got there. I understand the Nebraska fans hit it pretty hard coming back for seconds and thirds.
