At halftime the Cowgirl Kickers perform. I bought a calendar from this kicker before the game. I was kidding her about wanting her to autograph the calendar. She took the calendar and then later brought it back to me with all of the Kicker's autographs on it. I think I'm going to make another donation to the Kicker's for her efforts when I see her next home game.
Below, McNeese AD Tommy McClelland and Lamar AD Billy Tubbs hold up the Verizon Wireless "Battle of the Border Trophy". This is a trophy for the overall sports competition for the two schools. There is a point system for each sports and whoever gets the most points each year gets to hold the trophy for a year.

Billy Cotton makes a drive to the basket and gets fouled. He made a move or two in the game, that had the crowed oohing.

P. J. Alawoya pulls down a defensive rebound. P. J. had 14 points and 7 rebounds in the game.
I think this is P. J. putting up a shot and getting fouled on the arm.
John Pichon goes up over two Cardinals and slams one home.
The Lamar Coach blew a fuse over a non-call and actually grabbed at a ref as he went by. The resulted in a technical foul called on him. Below, Diego puts up one of the technical foul shots.
I don't know what it is about Lamar's basketball headcoaches, but they have all been fun to watch on the sidelines.

This brought out the keys from the frats on the end of the court, telling Lamar and their fans it was time to start the bus.
